This post will include two parks at different locations in the village.
Park 1
This is the park I used to play in when I was little. It’s changed a bit since then but still has the old climbing frame and high slide.
It’s such a beautiful place not only because it holds so many fun memories for me but because it’s such a large green space. There are fields to the side of it where they keep sheep and cows. There’s currently some little lambs.
There is a zip wire, football goals, baby and normal swings, climbing frame for older toddlers and climbing apparatus for the older kids.
I’d recommend you take a picnic in summer and make use of one of the tables, take a ball and have a kick about too.
Use postcode MK19 7HG this will take you to a street called The Chequers. As you enter that street turn left. The street is a dead end and you will be able to see a gate to the hill of the park. No car park so be mindful when finding somewhere to leave your car.
Park 2
It's a small park located at the other side of the village. It's enclosed and has a climbing frame with slide, swing, car, picnic bench and a wooden obstacle course which I haven't got any photos of I'm afraid. I wouldn't make a journey just for this park but the one above is great.
Copy this 52.094012, -0.830389 into your satnav and it will take you to Bullington End road. There is a drive way which you walk down and the park is tucked away.
